1. SERVICES
Awake Holistic Therapies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to use the Services, including the Products (subject to payment, where applicable), for your personal use only, in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Without limitation of any of our other rights or remedies at law, in equity or under these Terms, we may terminate your license to use the Services, in whole or in part, including your right to use any Products, without providing any refund or cancelling your obligation to make instalment payments where applicable, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of these Terms.
2. PAYMENT
You may purchase licenses to certain Products through a one-time payment or in monthly instalments, as specified on the Site. When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the credit, debit card or PayPal account you provide on a one-time or monthly basis, depending on which payment plan you elect.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following: fraudulent or potentially orders, incorrect pricing or non-payment.
Fees may change from time to time. If we change fees or charges, we will give you reasonable notice. If they do change, your continued use of the Services after the change indicates your agreement with the new fees and charges after the effective date of the change. Any change to fees and other charges will not be applicable to the billing period in which the change occurs. We reserve the right at any time to correct any inadvertent pricing errors, to change or revoke any limited-time offer, and to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the fees in any applicable jurisdiction.
3. Cancellation policy
We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances when cancelling, and leniency will be granted in such circumstances.
Initial consultations are priced at £30, last 30 minutes and are non-refundable.
1:1 sessions
Please cancel at least 48 hrs before your appointment to receive a full refund.
Treatments of 1h or longer than 1 hour, not cancelled 48 hours before your appointment will not be refunded.
Blocks of 10 1:1 sessions
All blocks of 10 sessions are payable in advance and the fees are non-refundable. For 10 sessions booked in this way, you will receive a session of your choice, that is listed on our website, free of charge.
The 10 sessions have to be booked and attended within a maximum of 12 weeks from the date of the 1st attended session.
The first session is to be attended within a maximum of 14 days from the day the booking was made.
If 12 weeks have passed and there are outstanding sessions, these will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Considering the terms above, if the client still wishes to cancel a session, this has to be done with at least 48 hours before the appointment. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours before the appointment time will be considered as attended and deducted from the package of 10 sessions.
Group Sessions
We do not offer refunds for the group sessions. We will try to sell your ticket if you let us know at least 48 hours before the group session is scheduled to run and offer you a refund you if we manage to sell your ticket.
Tickets for group sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours before the event will not be put on sale and no refund will be issued.
We offer refunds for the group sessions in the event of us cancelling the event.
