TRE (Tension, Stress and Trauma Release Exercises) consists of an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma through tremoring.

By attending a TRE session with a certified facilitator, you may learn how to and carry on doing TRE on your own, at home if you chose to.
During this session you will do the exercises and then enter the tremor phase while you lie down.
