This session is aimed at clearing old, stagnant energy and balancing the energy flow in all rooms of the house.
The surrounding environment represents a very important part of our well-being and the energy we live in will impact the way we feel. This session is not only about clearing the stagnant low frequency energy in the house but also about balancing the flow of energy in each room.
For example, some rooms (like children’s rooms) may have excess energy because children are so energetic and always on the go. The excess energy may cause insomnia, nightmares, inability to settle down for sleep and a restless night. During this session, I use crystals and the tools listed above to restore a balanced flow of energy in the room.
